Job summary

Singing River Health System is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for the 7PM-7AM shift at the Pascagoula Hospital. You will provide skilled nursing care to patients under a Nurse Practitioner or Physician plan of care, following state and hospital guidelines.

Requirements include a Mississippi LPN license, BCLS, and de-escalation training. Prior nursing experience (6 months preferred) is beneficial; expanded role licensure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited School of Nursing program for Licensed Practical Nursing.
• Current State of Mississippi licensed as an LPN required; expanded role licensure preferred.
• BCLS certification required; de-escalation training by orientation date.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled technical nursing care to patients per plan of care.
• Follow MS Nurse Practice Act and CDC infection-control guidelines.
• Work under supervision of a Nurse Practitioner or Physician.
