Job summary

Singing River Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Pascagoula Hospital to provide direct patient care during 7p-7a shifts. The RN will apply the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care in collaboration with the care team.

Licensure in Mississippi is required, with ACLS/PALS/TNCC certifications as applicable. One year of inpatient experience is preferred, with opportunities for professional development within SRHS.

Qualifications

• Graduate from NLN School of Nursing.
• Current Mississippi RN license to practice.
• Minimum of 1 year inpatient clinical experience preferred.
• Certifications ACLS, PALS, TNCC or ability to obtain within designated period.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Nursing Process to attain and restore health.
• Comply with SRHS nursing standards, policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with LPNs, Patient Care Assistants, and Unit Technicians.
• Maintain required certifications and participate in orientation and ongoing training.
