Job summary

Baptist Life Communities is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a 6 pm to 6 am shift as a Nursing Unit Charge Nurse. You will support QAPI initiatives, collaborate with Nursing Unit Manager, and ensure quality of life options for adults 55+ in a faith-based community.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current Kentucky license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.

Responsibilities

• Attend trainings to build understanding and capacity to undertake QAPI work.
• Carry out QAPI roles and responsibilities as assigned.
• Follow established policies and procedures in support of QAPI efforts.
• Provide report to leadership on outcomes or barriers in QAPI projects.
• Support QAPI initiatives through actions and attitude.
