Qualifications

• Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Documented completion of supervisory course or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing assessments of residents' clinical status and contribute to care planning with the interdisciplinary team.
• Deliver and oversee direct nursing care including wound care and IV therapy where permitted.
• Administer medications and treatments with safe, accurate documentation.
• Lead unit-based resident care as a clinical leader and communicate with physicians, leadership, residents and families.
