Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of the community.
• Maintains CPR and First Aid certifications as required.
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
• Knowledge of state nursing regulations for practice.
• Willingness to work weekend and holiday rotations.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care per physician orders, Primrose policies, and regulations.
• Collaborate with the care team to meet residents' physical, mental, and psychosocial needs.
