Job summary

Yellow Rock Behavioral Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for a full-time night shift. The role supports a 102-bed psychiatric residential setting for youth, with a $5k sign-on bonus and every other weekend rotation.

Responsibilities include patient care, safety, documentation, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Applicants must have an accredited nursing program diploma and current LPN/LVN licensure.

Qualifications

• LPN licensure required and current in the state.
• One or more years of nursing experience in a clinical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient health and provide basic care within scope of practice.
• Ensure patient safety and respond to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with treatment teams to address physical, biopsychosocial, age and cultural needs.
• Deliver medications according to orders and policies.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely.
• Communicate with patients, families, and staff professionally.
