Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• One or more years' nursing experience within clinical area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient health and administer basic care within LPN/LVN scope.
• Role model customer service and emphasize patient safety.
• Collaborate to meet patients' biopsychosocial needs and address concerns.
• Provide basic comfort and implement plan-of-care interventions.
• Apply interventions to progress wellness and maintain health.
• Discuss care with patient and report status changes to RNs/MDs.
• Communicate therapeutically with patient, visitors, and staff.
• Ensure safe delivery of medications per policy and orders.
• Maintain professional nursing standards and accurate documentation.
• Report patient symptoms, responses, and progress thoroughly.
