Job summary

Talentburst, Inc. is seeking an LVN/LPN for a 13-week assignment at Rochester General Hospital in Rochester, NY. The role requires acute care experience, NY license, and Epic charting proficiency.

Qualifications

• Active New York LPN license required; pending licenses not accepted.
• 13-week contract with 7 PM–7 AM shifts (alternate 7 AM–7 PM) and 48 hours/week.
• Epic charting experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage own patient assignments with RN support.
• Administer medications per protocol and monitor IV therapies.
• Record vital signs, assess pain, and report changes to RN/MD.
• Document in Epic and coordinate with care team.
