Responsibilities

• Assists with admission and check-in, orienting patients and completing forms.
• Prepares and administers medications within scope and assists with activities of daily living.
• Obtains and tracks specimens, documents patient care and updates care plans promptly.
• Communicates with supervising RN/physicians about patient care and condition changes.
• Follows legal/ethical standards, documents accurately, and participates in quality improvement.
