Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nurse or Vocational Nursing Program; Ohio LPN license required.
• Minimum 1 year LPN experience preferred.
• CPR certification required and background checks completed.

Responsibilities

• Administer and document direct resident care and medications per physician orders with proper documentation.
• Provide supervision to Nursing Assistants and participate in evaluations.
• Report changes in residents conditions promptly to physician and nursing leadership.
• Ensure infection control and HIPAA compliance across the unit.
• Contribute to development and execution of comprehensive care plans.
