Qualifications

• 1 year of nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe resident care and executes treatments per policies.
• Administers medications following the five rights and documents them.
• Communicates resident information and plans during shifts and handoffs.
• Performs treatments using sterile or clean technique and manages external feedings.
• Adapts care to age-specific needs and participates in quality improvement.
• Cooperates with reassignments for resident care and reports issues to management.
