Sierra Tucson, a nationally recognized behavioral health and addiction treatment center, is hiring Full-Time Night Shift LPNs in Tucson, AZ. The role involves delivering compassionate nursing care during night hours (5:30p–6a) in a multidisciplinary setting and supporting whole-person healing.

Qualifications include a current LPN/LVN license, CPR and de-escalation/restraint certifications, and nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required.
• One or more years' of nursing experience within clinical area of service provided by facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient health and provide nursing care within the scope of practice.
• Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and prioritize patient safety.
• Collaborate with the care team to address patients’ biopsychosocial needs.
• Provide basic comfort measures and carry out plan of care.
• Implement nursing interventions to progress toward wellness.
• Discuss care with patients and report changes to RNs/MDs.
• Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff.
• Ensure safe delivery of medications per policies and orders.
• Maintain documentation of patient symptoms, responses, and progress.
