Job summary

Morganfield Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) for night shift to provide resident‑centered care in a deficiency‑free facility. The role offers a supportive team and opportunities for advancement in a small, close‑knit center with safe staff‑to‑resident ratios.

Responsibilities include administering medications, following care plans, monitoring residents, and collaborating with CNAs and RNs.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in the state of Kentucky.
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Long‑term care experience preferred, but not required.

• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the RN and care team

• Follow all safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines
