Job summary

Mission Critical Solutions is seeking a Low Voltage Cable Technician in Volusia County, FL for a full-time, permanent role with benefits. This night-shift position requires 2+ years in a tech role, experience in structured cabling and security systems, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

You will install, terminate, test, and label low voltage cabling and devices, while following plans and safety practices.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Tech Role.
• Experience in commercial building construction related to structured cabling, security, access control, CCTV, A/V, Nurse Call, sound masking.

Responsibilities

• Install and terminate low voltage cabling.
• Install devices: card readers, door contacts, intercoms, motion detectors, nurse call lights, speakers, and patient stations.
• Terminate, test, and label end-user devices; build out communications rooms.
• Follow industry standards; ensure plans and wiring diagrams are followed; maintain safety practices.
