Job summary

Schneider National, Inc. in Romulus seeks a Logistics Traffic Coordinator to act as a liaison between a customer’s traffic office and Schneider. You will create, review and complete inbound and outbound shipments and build positive relationships with customers, associates and vendors.

The role requires tracking shipments, resolving issues, and responding to customer inquiries while maintaining high service levels in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift up to 30lbs.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for tracking, tracing and expediting shipments.
• Resolve transportation and shipping issues quickly.
• Respond to customer calls and ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
