Job summary

Nelson Connects is seeking an Operations Logistics Associate in San Francisco to manage warehouse processes, inventory integrity, and lineside delivery for assembly. You’ll support milk-run preparation and drive improvements to ensure a great customer experience.

The role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience or a higher-education equivalent, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with safety adherence. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of experience or HS Degree with 4-6 years of experience.
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, etc).
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Ability to operate heavy warehouse equipment.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Pass background, MVR, and drug screening; comply with safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse material flow from dock to production/shipping.
• Enter and retrieve inventory data using systems; process movements.
• Identify material needs and pull materials to support schedules.
• Resolve inventory errors with warehouse tools and systems.
• Maintain safety standards and 5S of the work area.
• Uncrate components for general assembly and support Zoox network.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely parts delivery.
