Job summary

Darling Ingredients Inc. is seeking a Load Out Operator to manage loading outbound trucks with finished product using PLC touchscreens and to help ensure a steady flow of material for processing. The role emphasizes safety, equipment operation, and adherence to quality standards.

Responsibilities include operating yard and plant equipment, washing and maintaining areas, and performing general cleaning while keeping materials clear of drive zones. Night and weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• CDL preferred but not required.
• Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide).
• Good oral and written communication.
• Ability to review qualitative data reports to verify specifications.

Responsibilities

• Operates yard and plant equipment to load materials.
• Washes plant equipment and vehicles with a high-pressure washer.
• Performs general cleaning in work areas.
• Keeps area clean; materials stored away from driving areas.
• Maintains safety as a top priority per company rules.
• Reviews data reports to verify product meets specifications.
• All other duties as assigned.
