Job summary

Wincore Windows & Doors seeks a Supervisor – Loading to oversee the loading department, allocate work, and supervise loading activities to ensure accurate and timely loading of goods into trailers. The role requires enforcing safety guidelines and training staff to maintain a safe, efficient operation.

The candidate should have at least 2 years of loading experience, strong leadership, and solid communication skills, with the ability to manage timesheets and PTO/UPTO approvals as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of loading experience and strong decision-making in a manufacturing setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid organizational and leadership abilities with attention to detail.
• Basic math skills and accuracy in data and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and lead by example within the loading department.
• Oversee and coordinate daily activity of loading operations.
• Verify materials loaded by the required date and ensure no damage.
• Coordinate with the window plant for outgoing shipments.
• Maintain storage areas and optimize floor space.
• Ensure trailers are loaded safely for transport.
• Train new employees on loading processes and cross-train staff.
