The position includes 2nd and 3rd shift options, requires Hi-Lo experience, and emphasizes safety, cycle counts, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Two years of dock foreman or lead experience required.
• Experience with hand-counts and cycle counts preferred.
• Hi-Lo experience required.
• Railcar experience a plus.
• Strong supervisory and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Check and verify incoming and outgoing loads for accuracy and quality.
• Monitor product flows using computer software.
• Coordinate deliveries with production planning for next day.
• Teach and enforce safe lifting and loading techniques.
• Assess distribution efficiency and suggest improvements.
• Ensure practices meet customer expectations and business objectives.
• Supervise staff and assign work, provide instruction, review performance.
• Direct loading/unloading and maintain organized dock area.
