Job summary

HP Hood in Concord, NH is seeking a dependable Loading Dock Worker to support our warehouse operations on the 5:30pm-2:00am shift. You will review load sheets, rotate stock, unload and load cargo, and help maintain a safe, efficient distribution process.

Responsibilities

• Review load sheets for delivery routes and verify correct product(s) and amounts are loaded to assigned trailers.
• Rotate product in warehouse to minimize waste and returns.
• Remove damaged goods to ensure only quality product is shipped.
• Load products safely using motorized equipment and ensure loads are evenly distributed.
• Identify and pick inventory based on customer load sheets; can involve lifting up to 200 lbs.
• Unload trucks/trailers using a hook or pallet jack.
• Pull empty and full milk cases stacked up to 200 lbs.
• Package and stage products to maintain production flow.
• Dispose of returned product by disposal system.
• Wash trailers/trucks after unloading.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
