Job summary

HP Hood LLC is seeking a Loading Dock Worker for our Concord, NH facility. This role supports shipping operations with early-morning to late-evening shifts (3:00am–11:30pm), including weekends on a rotating basis, and requires handling products up to 200 lbs using pallet jacks and forklifts.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma preferred.
• Reading & writing proficiency (English) and ability to identify colors.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Multi-tasked individual.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Review load sheets for delivery routes and verify correct product(s) and amounts are loaded to assigned trailers.
• Rotate product in warehouse to ensure correct coded product and minimize waste/returns.
• Continuously check for and remove damaged goods to ensure quality shipments.
• Load each product safely using equipment (pushers, squeeze trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper load distribution.
• Identify and pick inventory per customer load sheets, handling products up to 200 lbs as needed.
• Unload trucks/trailers using a hook or pallet jack, with physical labor as required.
• Pull empty and full milk cases stacked up to 200 lbs with repetition.
• Remove product from conveyor, package and stage efficiently to maintain production flow.
• Dispose of returned product by dumping into disposal system with repetitive motion.
• Wash trailers/trucks after unloading.
• Collaborate with managers, supervisors and peers.
