Job summary

HP Hood is seeking a motivated Loading Dock Worker for the Concord, NH warehouse. You will review load sheets, rotate stock, and load products using equipment while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities include unloading trucks, selecting inventory per load sheets, and ensuring products are properly staged for delivery. Overtime may be required; the role emphasizes teamwork and adherence to GMP standards.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma preferred.
• Reading & writing proficiency (English) and ability to identify colors.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Multi-tasked Individual.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.

Responsibilities

• Review load sheets for delivery routes and verify correct product(s) and amounts loaded to trailers.
• Rotate product in warehouse to ensure correct coded product is shipped and minimize waste.
• Remove damaged goods to ensure quality product is shipped to customers.
• Load products safely using equipment (pushers, pallet jacks, forklifts) and ensure loads are balanced.
• Identify and pick inventory from shelves based on load sheets.
• Unload trucks/trailers using a hook or pallet jack and handle manual lifting as required.
• Palletize and stage products to maintain production flow and efficiency.
• Follow safety policies and cooperate with management and peers.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
