Job summary

Metrie in Branchburg, NJ, is hiring for a Night Shift Warehouse Associate to load doors, check inventory, and operate pallet jacks. You’ll work Monday–Friday 4:30pm–1:00am, with overtime as needed, starting pay $20.16/hr plus a $3 shift differential, in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Preferably one year experience in manufacturing setting.
• Preferably one year experience operating a forklift.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Able to read and communicate clearly in English.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and up to 100 lbs with standing for 10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently load manufactured doors onto assigned trucks organized by state or region.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through handheld scanner usage and report inconsistencies.
• Safely utilize hand-operated and motorized pallet jacks.
• Perform quality checks on materials loaded or moved and report concerns.
• Ensure a clean, safe work area and complete final cleanup at shift end.
• Follow company policy to maintain quality and escalate issues as needed.
