Job summary

Mr. Greens Produce seeks a dependable Night Loader to join our warehouse team in ATX. You will load customer orders onto delivery trucks, verify accuracy, inspect quality, and secure loads for on-time distribution.

Responsibilities include operating pallet jacks and forklifts, maintaining a clean, safe dock, following FIFO procedures, and communicating discrepancies to supervisors. Evening shifts, with overtime as needed, in a refrigerated environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse/produce experience preferred.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and order accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Load produce and other items onto delivery trucks according to route manifests and schedules.
• Verify order accuracy and load sequence for delivery routes.
• Inspect products for quality, damage, and proper packaging before loading.
• Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment as authorized.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe loading dock and warehouse environment.
• Secure loads to prevent product damage during transportation.
• Communicate shortages, damages, or discrepancies to supervisors.
• Assist with unloading inbound shipments as needed.
• Perform inventory checks and stock rotation following FIFO procedures.
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and safety standards.
• Support other warehouse functions as assigned.
