Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Completes required documentation in the medical record accurately and timely.
• Communicates effectively with patients and families; provides compassionate care.
• Assists patients with bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility.
• Supports safe transfers and mobility using appropriate devices.
