Job summary

Fairview Housing is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) for Marion Lifestyle Recovery at ACH, a men’s residential substance use disorder program. This full-time night shift role involves DSL clinical assessments, group therapy, and collaboration with an integrated care team to support residents toward sustained recovery.

You will document services per licensing standards, participate in discharge planning, and provide crisis intervention as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia LMHP licensure (LPC, LCSW, LSATP or equivalent) in good standing.
• Experience with substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with ASAM criteria.
• Collaborate with case managers, peer support specialists, medical staff, and clinical supervisors as part of an integrated care team.
• Document clinical services in compliance with DBHDS licensing standards and 42 CFR Part 2 confidentiality requirements.
• Participate in treatment team meetings, discharge planning, and continuity-of-care coordination.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment as needed.
