• Positive, team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multi-task with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
• Adjustments to machinery should be made as necessary, and improvements are encouraged.
• Coordinate with lab personnel, Team Leaders, and Senior Process Engineers to address issues and implement improvements; perform 5S and housekeeping duties.
