Job summary

StartupNWA in Siloam Springs, AR is seeking a Utility worker for the B-shift (Sun–Tue 6:00 pm–6:00 am; Wed 6:00 pm–midnight). The role supports the supervisor and lead by performing varied on-line tasks, including breaking down boxes, inspecting product, and sanitation duties in a fast-paced food processing setting.

You will contribute to safety and quality, partake in team meetings, and help implement BEST practices with the team, while adapting to new positions as needed.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and perform basic math.
• Preference for Food Processing Industry

Responsibilities

• Performs various jobs on the line as assigned with ability to adapt to new positions.
• Assists in training of new employees on safety, dress requirements and sanitation procedures.
• Fosters team cohesiveness and supports BEST practices across the team.
• Identifies areas lacking coordination and communicates with team leader to resolve issues.
