Qualifications

• Demonstrated proficiency in duties of preceding Line Operator roles.
• Technical aptitude to understand machinery and systems within a production environment.
• Mechanical aptitude to understand and properly utilize basic hand tools with accuracy.
• Ability to understand and properly utilize scales, weights, and other measurement tools with accuracy.
• Ability to communicate in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong dependability regarding attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Loads cores onto core table, handles finished rolls, inspects quality and weighs products.
• Prepares product for shipping, packs and palletizes, and assists with wrapping per plant procedures.
• May train on additional lines and production areas to support staffing needs.
• Supports quality testing and reports results to ensure standards are met.
• Assists with line continuity, shift changes, and housekeeping on the production line.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by Management.
