Job summary

Staples, Inc. is hiring for multiple warehouse roles, including Bulk/Material Handling Equipment Operator, Porter, Replenishment, Receiving/Putaway/Returns, Returns, and Shipping. You may be moved between roles as needed.

The job emphasizes safety, teamwork, and operating equipment to move and package merchandise efficiently. Qualified candidates bring a minimum of 3 months warehouse experience, basic English, and the ability to lift heavy items.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) months related experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to pass a drug screen where legally permissible.
• Basic English language skills (verbal and written).
• Overtime availability for Full-Time role based on business needs.
• Ability to lift, push or pull 70–100 pounds by hand.
• Must wear safety composite shoes.
• Able to stand/walk 100% of shift.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, cherry pickers, turrets, or electric pallet jacks to pick and move product up to 100 lbs.
• Perform general cleaning and basic facility maintenance.
• Receive/putaway/returns tasks including verifying product accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
• Unload trucks manually and palletize products.
• Move product within the warehouse and stage orders for shipping.
• Assist with loading trucks and shrinking-wrapping customer orders.
• Roles may shift between SC2, SC1 or related positions as needed.
