Job summary

Graham Personnel Services is seeking a Shift Leader / Supervisor for Turf Extrusion with a 12‑hour night schedule (7pm–7am, 2‑2‑3). The role leads monofilament turf production, coordinates daily shift activities, and drives safety, quality, and efficiency across the department.

Responsibilities include supervising operators, ensuring PMs, training staff, reviewing quality data, and supporting process engineers to improve throughput and reduce scrap.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of hands‑on production experience.
• Extrusion experience is preferred.
• Previous experience working with production machinery and troubleshooting equipment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities involving monofilament extruders and texturing/winder equipment.
• Monitor production throughout the shift and maintain awareness of equipment conditions, staffing, production schedules, and upcoming orders.
• Monitor, evaluate, and troubleshoot critical production equipment and line components.
• Train new and existing employees on equipment operation, safety procedures, quality requirements, and production standards.
• Lead by promoting safety, quality, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the department.
