Job summary

You will work as part of a team to produce Integrated Circuits, Thin Films, or SiPs, ensuring high quality and process control. This role emphasizes safety, precision, and collaboration with engineering and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team with supervision and maintenance staff.
• Strong attention to detail in an ESD controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate semiconductor and SiP manufacturing equipment including masking, etching, bonding tools, probe stations, microscopes, and cameras.
• Work as part of a manufacturing team to ensure quality and consistency of parts.
• Operate MES-supported equipment and follow NTI and continuous improvement processes.
• Collaborate with engineering, trainers, supervisors, maintenance, and operators to meet manufacturing needs.
• Work independently under supervision to contribute to team goals.
