Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is required.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in a warehouse setting.
• Experience in client relations within warehouse or staffing environments.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Advanced Excel and web-based software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee large group meetings for hourly staff.
• Provide performance feedback and handle disciplinary actions.
• Audit safety and employee relations policy adherence and recommend corrections.
• Maintain confidentiality while managing workflow on client projects.
• Build relationships with client managers through daily interactions and weekly meetings.
• Respond to staff inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
