Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a production, manufacturing, or similar setting preferred.
• Proficiency with data entry and English communication expected.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate setup and operation of production line machines.
• Monitor machine performance and fix minor issues to reduce downtime.
• Follow safety protocols and startup/shutdown procedures.
• Complete daily startup and shutdown checklists.
• Operate to maximize efficiency and meet daily production goals.
• Ensure product quality, correct labeling and country of origin information.
• Communicate problems to the shift supervisor and assist in resolving them.
• Lead and train machine operators; supervise workflow when needed.
• Support line leadership to maintain a clean, organized area.
