Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing tools.
Comfort standing 8+ hours and physical handling of humanoid hardware.
5-day workweek with a mandatory weekend shift and 2 days off.

Responsibilities

Lead, schedule, and direct the night shift operator team and shift priorities.
Own shift performance: uptime, throughput, and on-time completion; report results.
Escalate robot failures, safety concerns, and blockers; triage quickly.
Ensure issues are tracked in Jira and maintain high ticket quality.
Run structured handoffs with day shift leadership.
Coach operators, onboard and train new hires, foster accountability.
Identify recurring failures and drive fixes with engineering.
Enforce safety procedures and maintain cleanliness/organization of work areas.
Step in hands-on to operate robots when needed.
