Job summary

Mastercraft Electric, Inc. is seeking a highly-experienced EL01 Foreman Electrician for the night shift in Redmond, WA. This full-time role leads field crews on commercial projects, coordinating daily activities while prioritizing safety and quality.

Required are 10+ years journeyman experience, 5+ years in a lead role, a valid Electrical License, and strong leadership. Competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package are offered to support growth within a stable, respected team.

Qualifications

EL01 Electrical License (Required).
10+ years of journey-level electrical experience.
5+ years of experience in a lead or foreman position.
Valid driver’s license.
Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing jobsite needs.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.), Bluebeam, and Procore.

Responsibilities

Lead and support field crews on commercial electrical projects.
Coordinate daily work activities while maintaining productivity and safety.
Work independently and collaboratively as needed.
Communicate effectively and professionally with crews, project management, and clients.
Support high-quality installations across multiple project types.
Submit reports and other project documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
