Qualifications

• EL01 Electrical License for Washington and Idaho (Required).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Leadership skills and willingness to mentor others.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Reliable, safety-focused, and highly organized.
• Ability to lift, carry, and work in indoor/outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components.
• Read and interpret plans to execute installations correctly.
• Ensure all work meets codes, safety standards, and project specs.
• Lead and support apprentices and less experienced team members.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and job-site organization.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
