Purpose- SC is hiring a Full Time Lead Direct Support Professional to support youth in our Group Home. You will supervise Direct Support Professionals, manage daily operations and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment during the 7p-7a shift.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of supervisory/leadership experience.
• Ability to align with the organization’s vision and support services.

Aufgaben

• Provide supervision to Direct Support Professionals.
• Ensure a therapeutic environment is safe and respectful for individuals in care.
• Complete daily cleaning, restocking, and documentation.
• Follow the Structured Therapeutic Program Schedule.
• Coordinate with other departments for treatments, medical appointments, admissions and discharges.
• Document participation and shift activities in notes and reports.
• Report health status and shift activities to incoming staff.
