Job summary

The ALPOLIC Division of Mitsubishi Chemical America is seeking a Lamination Line Operator for the night shift. The role runs on a 12-hour schedule from 6:00 PM to 6:15 AM with a biweekly rotation and every-other weekend three days off.

This structure provides six months of equivalent work-time with full-time pay and benefits. The starting pay is $18.00 per hour, with night shift differential of $1.44 and weekend premium of $2.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing experience; machine operation preferred.
• Basic math skills and use of the metric system.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot operating equipment.
• Keep work area clean.
• Adhere to safety and environmental rules.
• Document the use of materials and time required in production.
• Control and operate equipment safely.
• Maintain quality standards by inspection and testing of product and process.
• Use scientific rules and methods to solve problems.
• Provide value to customers through effective operations of the assigned area.
• Observe gauges and indicators to ensure machinery is working properly.
• Replenish inventory as needed.
• Support supervisors and team in training and cross-training efforts.
• Must maintain forklift license as issued by Mitsubishi.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
