Job summary

Mitsubishi Chemical America’s ALPOLIC Division seeks a Lamination Line Operator for our day-shift manufacturing team. This full-time role runs a 12‑hour schedule from 6:00 AM to 6:15 PM with a biweekly four-on, three-off pattern, and every other weekend a three-day weekend.

Starting pay is $18.00/hour with Pay-for-Skills progression, plus $0.36/day shift diff and $2.00 weekend premium; eligible for profit-sharing bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years manufacturing experience; machine operation preferred.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot operating equipment.
• Maintain quality standards by inspection and sampling.
• Document the use of materials and time in production.
