AdventHealth in Wesley Chapel, FL, seeks a Registered Nurse for night shift to provide high-quality patient care within a critical care setting. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while coordinating with a multidisciplinary team and documenting in the EMR.

Strong clinical skills and compassionate communication are essential for patient- and family-centered care. The role requires Florida RN licensure, with experience in critical care and proficiency in EMR systems such as Cerner

Qualifications

• RN license required in Florida.
• Experience in a critical care/units preferred.
• Proficiency with EMR systems (Cerner/EPIC) and EKG knowledge.
• Strong communication, teamwork and patient-focused care.
• Ability to multi-task and handle high-stress situations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and safety protocols.
• Monitor responses and adjust care plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care.
• Document care activities accurately in EMR and ensure compliance.
