Job summary

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• BSN required within 4 years for RNs hired after 4/27/2025.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status of patients.
• Develop and update individualized care plans with patient and team.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and document appropriately.
