Job summary

Qualifications

• Mandatory Reporter training within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, effective, and culturally competent care for mothers and newborns.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate outcomes for patients.
• Supervise LPNs and Patient Care Technicians as assigned.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the team.
• Discharge planning and family resources after birth.
