Job summary

Veracity Ventures Inc. is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN to provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced maternity unit in Seattle. The RN will assess patients, coordinate care plans, monitor maternal conditions, and educate families during the night shift.

The role requires active Washington RN license, at least 1 year in L&D, and strong teamwork. Onsite 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, with benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Minimum 1 year of post-graduation L&D RN experience.
• Active Washington RN License.
• BLS – AHA.
• NRP – AAP.
• Strong L&D clinical skills, judgment, and patient advocacy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Clinical rotations and nursing residency experience do not count toward the required experience.
• Specialty certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive maternity care, assess patients and coordinate care plans.
• Monitor maternal conditions, educate families, and advocate for patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
