Incredible Health in Jackson, MI area is actively seeking a Labor & Delivery Nurse (RN) for night shifts. The role supports laboring mothers within a hospital setting, with full-time, part-time and per diem options.

This position emphasizes collaboration with physicians and the obstetrics team, in a recognized academic medical center environment. The ideal candidate has an ADN or higher, an active RN license, 1+ year experience in Labor & Delivery or related fields, and BLS/ACLS certifications.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher degree from an accredited program.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ years of Labor and Delivery/ obstetrics experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, and implement care for laboring mothers in collaboration with obstetricians and the healthcare team.
• Monitor vitals, contractions, fetal heart rates, and intervene as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments including epidurals and IV fluids.
• Provide emotional and educational support to patients and families throughout labor and delivery.
• Document patient status, changes, and outcomes per organizational and regulatory guidelines.
