Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: Current State of Texas license or temporary/compact license; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience/Knowledge/Skills: RN levels range from I to IV based on years of experience; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe and appropriate patient care using the nursing process.
• Performs nursing assessments and assists with exams and treatments.
• Maintains accurate medical records and provides patient education.
• Coordinates care with interdisciplinary team and supports discharge planning.
