Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions seeks an RN for LDRP/OB by nights in Grants, NM. The role requires work in both L&D and Postpartum, with a 12-hour rotating night shift and potential holiday/weekend coverage.

A 36-hour guarantee per week applies plus possible labor call or overtime. As a Registered Nurse, you will assess patients, coordinate education, supervise support staff, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Current New Mexico RN license or eNLC license.
• BLS/CPR certification from AHA or equivalent.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Excellent communication and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to care for patients of all ages with compassion.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Deliver direct patient care in L&D and Postpartum.
• Provide culturally sensitive education to patients and families.
• Supervise licensed practical nurses and nursing assistants.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team.
• Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives.
• Float to other departments as needed with orientation.
• Perform duties to support hospital operations.
