Job summary

Vestcom in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Front End Night Shift Label Operator. You will operate label machines, maintain a clean and safe work area, and log materials for FIFO inventory. The role requires 1–2 years of related experience and a GED or high school diploma, with ERP system usage experience.

The position pays $20/hr with a shift differential and may include overtime. You will work on a rotating schedule with potential for additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years related experience and/or training.
• Strong mechanical skills to operate label machine equipment.
• Experience in laser printing/digital imaging.

Responsibilities

• Operates the label machines properly and efficiently to meet production deadlines.
• Minimize waste or misuse of raw materials.
• Communicates label production issues with the Production Supervisor/Facility Manager.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and follows safety rules and PPE protocols.
• May work overtime or on another shift as needed.
