Inland Packaging in La Crosse, WI is seeking a Night Shift Label Cutting Operator to set up and run a label-cutting machine, ensuring quality throughout production and cross-training as needed.

The role is full-time with a starting wage of $22.00/hour plus $3.00/hour shift differential, rotating 12-hour shifts and every-other weekend. Benefits include PTO, holidays, health/dental/vision/life coverage, and a 401(k) match with profit sharing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Highly motivated with a positive attitude.
