Job summary

Inland Packaging is hiring a Label Cutting Operator for the night shift in La Crosse, WI. This role performs setup and operation of a label-cutting machine, ensuring quality throughout production, and cross-training across the plant floor. The position offers comprehensive on-the-job training, benefits, and a rotating 12-hour schedule.

Starting wage is $22 per hour with a $3 per hour shift differential. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of manufacturing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Willingness to utilize and learn new technology.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and running a machine that cuts labels, based on customer specifications
• Managing quality of finished product through the complete production process
• Cross-training in other roles across the production environment
• Completing quality assurance checks and raising concerns where needed
• Problem solving issues that arise
• Effectively working as a team member to meet production and company goals
